Classes & Workshops
We understand that life happens, and we'll always do our best to work with you.
Please note that we do not offer refunds on class or workshop bookings. Credits are issued as follows:
- Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the start of class will receive a full credit toward any future class.
- Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the start of class will receive a credit equal to 50% of the class value.
- No-shows are not eligible for a credit or refund.
Credits are valid for 6 months from the date of issue and can be applied to any class or workshop at Best Art Co.

Art Supplies & Products
Unused products in original packaging may be returned for a full refund within 7 days of purchase with a valid receipt.
To initiate a return, please bring the item along with your receipt to the studio, or contact us at hello@bestartco.com or 905-503-6199.
Best Art Co. was founded by artist and creative educator Jenn Best, but the story behind it began long before there was ever a plan to open an art store or studio.
Jenn discovered painting later in life, during a time of serious illness when much of life as she knew it was gone.
Creativity became more than something she enjoyed. It became a lifeline; a place to process, heal, reconnect with herself and find joy during an incredibly difficult chapter. What began with simply picking up a paintbrush eventually changed the direction of her life in ways she never could have imagined.
Years later, Jenn is an artist and teacher, and Best Art Co. is the culmination of everything she has come to believe about creativity: it isn't a luxury. It's something we need.
We live in a world where we are more connected by technology than ever, yet increasingly disconnected from one another and often from ourselves.
Jenn created Best Art Co. as a place to come back to something more human. To put down our screens, work with our hands, learn, experiment, make a mess, gather around a table and connect with each other, and with ourselves. Whether you're eight or eighty, an experienced artist or someone who hasn't picked up a paintbrush or pencil since childhood, creativity is within you. You don't need to be “artistic." You need a place where you're encouraged to begin.
Behind the scenes is Jenn's fiancé, Robert Boltman, a landscape architect and creative in his own right, whose vision, support and many hours of hard work helped turn this dream into a reality. And, by Jenn's side most days is Charlie, her six-year-old cockapoo and unofficial studio dog, who takes his role in the business very seriously.
Best Art Co. is more than an art supply store and creative studio. It's an invitation to step away from the noise for a little while, gather, make something with your hands and reconnect with the creativity already within you.
