Tri-Art Glazing Medium Matte

Tri-Art Glazing Medium Matte is a fluid acrylic medium designed for building rich, transparent glazing layers with a smooth, non-reflective matte finish. Made in Canada by Tri-Art Manufacturing in Kingston, Ontario, it thins and extends acrylic paint while dramatically increasing transparency and flow without the unevenness that comes from water thinning.

Apply it in thin, translucent layers over dry paint to build depth and shift colour while keeping the surface completely matte. Each layer dries quickly for efficient layering, making it well suited to artists who want the expressive range of glazing without any surface sheen.
