Tri-Art Retarder Medium

A slow-drying medium from Tri-Art, one of Canada's leading professional acrylic manufacturers. Tri-Art Retarder Medium extends the open time of your acrylics, giving you more time to blend, soften edges, and work wet-into-wet before the paint sets.

Add a small amount to your paint to slow drying without affecting colour strength or adhesion. Particularly useful for portraiture, smooth gradients, and any technique where you need more working time on the surface.
