Adult printmaking and collage workshop with Bill Lunshof

This workshop is going to be super fun!!

Spend the day learning, experimenting and creating with gel plate monoprinting in this hands-on workshop with artist Bill Lunshof.

Gel printing is a wonderfully playful process that allows you to build colour, pattern, texture and layers while creating completely one-of-a-kind prints. Bill will introduce you to the gel plate and guide you through different printing techniques, giving you plenty of time to experiment and discover just how many possibilities there are.

Throughout the day, you’ll create a collection of your own hand-printed papers using paint, layers, textures and imagery. We’ll then explore how those papers can be torn, cut, layered and combined to create original mixed media collage work.

This is a full day to slow down, play with materials and learn a creative process you can continue exploring long after the workshop is over. No previous printmaking or collage experience is necessary.

Spend the day in the studio, learn something new and leave with your own collection of beautiful hand-printed collage papers and original artwork.

• A light lunch, snacks and beverages will be served
• No previous printmaking or collage experience necessary
